Java Blawan:- Estate grown, exceptional heavy bodied Arabica of unique character.  Displays a spicy tang, with a rich and nutty texture.  Blend with “mocha” for distinctive popular brew.

Sumatra Mandheling :- Natural dry processing helps develop an intense concentration of flavour producing smooth rich Coffee.  Well developed, full bodied, delicately earthy in character, leaving a beautifully clean soft palate.

Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja:- Highly regarded as a “substitute” for the Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee when it is unavailable.  Exceptionally well balanced, naturally low in acidity, with a sweet distinctive flavour.
