Our Coffee Roasting capabilities have entered an exciting new era, with the arrival of our new state of the art and Eco friendly Brambati Coffee roaster.
With our expert staff at the helm of this precision instrument we continue to provide the best and most dependable results, with the unique delivery of hot air into the roasting drum and PLC management system delivering more consistent outcomes than traditional methods of roasting.
The Brambati roaster gives our beans a more flavoursome and enhanced appearance and reflects our philosophy and style, as an “artisan” rather than a “commodity” roaster.
In testimony to the supurb quality of our coffee, at Australia’s most prestigious coffee competition, the 2010 Golden Bean, Cosmorex achieved spectacular results. We were awarded 5 medals and placed 2nd overall against fierce competition of 340 coffee companies and over 1000 entries.
The Eco Friendly roaster was specially commissioned by Attilio during a recent visit to Italy, using less gas and producing fewer CO2 omissions than both traditional drum and fluid air bed roasters, and it possesses the ability to recycle hot air.
Our beans are cupped every day to maintain our high levels of quality assurance.
